We want that your shopping experience is as easy as posible, that is why we give you the freedom to choose amongst different paying methods. If this is your first order, we reccommend you pay after trial, this way you can taste the flavour of our citrus fruit without any compromise and pay once you have checked the quality.

Remember that shipping is free of charge.

• Payment after trial

  We are confident the flavour of our oranges and mandarin oranges will surprise you. Because of this, we offer the opportunity of paying your order after trying the product. You only have to chose this paying method when making your order, expect to receive it, and once you have tested the flavour and quality are as expected, search for your order on the web and pay using your credit card.

  If for some reason you are not satisfied with the queality of the product you have received, please contact us and we will pick up the box. This way you will not have top ay anything. However, if you prefer it, you may request that we send a new box and Exchange it for the one which did not have the expected quality.

• Credit card

  When placing an order online, once you have validated the quality of your purchase, a new site will come up where you will introduce your credit card data. This site is from an acredited bank entity (Banco Sabadell) and the introduced information will be transmited directly to them.

• 3D SECURE

  when paying your order with yoyr credit card, you will be using the 3DSecure paying method. This is the new payment method developed by VISA and MASTERCARD which enables totally secure internet sale and authenticates the buyer as the legitimate holder of the card being use for payment. From that momento onwards, you will only be able top ay using your special PIN (secret code) that your bank should have previously facilitated for online shopping. Remember that this PIN is different to the one you use in the cash machine. This way online fraud is made impossible and guarantees complete security in transactions.

• PayPal

  It is a financial entity acredited for transactions on interenet. It offers a total security. You can use your account paypal if you have one or pay directly with a credit card Visa or MasterCard.

• Debit Direct.

  In the time of your order, please provide your account number and we will manage in the most convenient and simple charging your order form . The receipt will send the bank the next week of receiving the order.

  If you choose to pay by transfer, you must indicate on the concept the name and surname of the registered client, and be you or another person. This is very important to award the payment of your order.
