Shipment

The shipments of the orange, tangerine, lemon and grapefruit boxes are made on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The transport costs are completely free when you buy one or more boxes of citrus.

The transport agency we usually work with is UPS, which also offers a network of Pick-Up Points where customers can choose to pick up their boxes. Once the shipment has been made the customer will receive an e-mail with the tracking of the order and he will know in which situation is the order in each moment.

The delivery time of our orders is three work-days and our shipping zones with UPS are Germany, France, The Nederlands and United Kingdom. 

We make shipments to other destinations too like Italy, Austria, Belgium or Luxembourg, but the transport agency is not UPS and the prices could be different. If you have interest in other destinations, contact us at the phone number (+34) 647 368 293 or write to info@familiaserra.eu

In all our orders, the oranges, tangerines, lemons and grapefruits are collected from the trees in our fields at the same day we send them to your home. This means when the shipping time is three days, the citrus fruits are only 72 hours out of the tree before they arrive at your home. For this reason our fruits are so fresh!

On the other hand, if you order more than one box to the same destination, a discount of 10 euros will be applied to each additional box. The following are the discounts applied to shipments of more than one box of citrus:

ORDER OF TWO BOXES: DISCOUNT OF 10 EUROS

ORDER OF THREE BOXES: DISCOUNT OF 20 EUROS

ORDER OF FOUR BOXES: DISCOUNT OF 30 EUROS

ORDER OF FIVE BOXES: DISCOUNT OF 40 EUROS

ORDER OF SIX BOXES: DISCOUNT OF 50 EUROS

ORDER OF SEVEN BOXES: DISCOUNT OF 60 EUROS

The discount is always applied to the entire order. In the shopping cart of our website you can see how these discounts are applied conformable to the number of boxes of citrus fruits sent to the same destination.
