With optimal dot acidity, lemons collected from our fields have much juice and 7% level of acidity. They are very soft and natural and have grown maximizing the natural light of our land, Valencia. In each there are approximately five seeds and the skin is very smooth and yellow. Lemon is the citrus fruit that has lower caloric value, it is very rich in vitamin C and citric acid, which has a high capacity to neutralize and eliminate toxins from our body. Its main component is water and its majority mineral is potassium. A product with many properties that is used for many different applications and is an essential condiment in any of our kitchens.
